My own personal fitness journey is one most of you can relate to, because I’ve dabbled in a little bit of everything! I was a high school athlete, a runner in college, fell in love with group fitness in my early twenties, and for the past several years have focused on the sustainable approach of low-impact weight training.
In the spring of 2025, I started running again and have completely fallen in love with it. I also train for the occasional HYROX race, but no matter what, my foundation is always strength training. Weight training is where I discovered that less really is more. When you combine weight training with macro-tracking, your goals feel so much more within reach.
I became a personal trainer and macro coach so that I could use this knowledge to help others achieve their health and body goals — that’s when Karlee Lynn Fitness was born!
