Workouts range from 35 to 45 minutes, ensuring an effective session that fits into your busy schedule.
Your subscription grants you access to our entire workout library, including 3 days/week and 4-5 days/week workout plans, along with direct messaging with Karlee for personalized support.
You’ll need dumbbells, long resistance bands, and short-loop resistance bands for most workouts. These items are essential for maximizing your results and can be used at home or in the gym.
- Group coaching is a one-time payment for 4 weeks of coaching within a Facebook group. No coaching happens outside the group, but the group will include absolutely everything you need to know! You are free to ask any questions within the group setting. A one-time macro count is provided with this option.
- 1:1 coaching is a white-glove approach, with direct access to me. This also includes weekly in-depth check-ins and ongoing macro adjustments, as-needed. This coaching option is a 6 month minimum commitment.
- Both options include access to the app workout subscription during the coaching term.
